Your going to need to buy photo editing software such as photoshop. No other way with just using a simple windows based pc. Maybe your computer came with some...you can check the start menu, all programs for different photo programs. But if you don't remember having bought it extra, i doubt you have it. They usually run about $30

How do you make your photos black and white and highlight colors?
see i just got photoshop and i want to make my pics black and white then highlight the color in my eyes and like in my shirt too and stuff but since i JUST got photoshop,im not familiar with how to do much on it, so if you know how to use photoshop then tell me how to do this please?!?! 8-/How do you make your photos black and white and highlight colors?
