Digital cameras that highlight specific colors?

i am looking for a digital camera that highlights certain colors.


you know, like if i am wearing a red shirt i can change the setting on the camera so everything is black and white and it just highlights my red shirt and anything else that is red in the picture?

At least certain Canon models have that feature. However most often this effect is done not in camera, but rather on a computer using Photoshop or similar programs. If you decide to take the latter route, there are a number of tutorials on the web you can google for.
