I am fair skinned with really green eyes and my hair is originally blonde and brown.What hair color and highlight or lowlight should i do today?
If it is more brunnete get blonde. vice versa. Looks good n not cheap.What hair color and highlight or lowlight should i do today?
ummm...your fair and have green eyes, a very harry potter appearance, to make your features stand out , you should highlight / color your hair with a dark shade like dark brown....don't go for any shades of red it's gonna look weird...
