My highlight and text colors buttons aren't working when I compose email. What's wrong?

I wish I could help you...I am experiencing the same problem and have been for several months. Strangely, when I compose mail on my work computer I am able to use the color text %26amp; highlight features. So I've narrowed it down to some setting on my home computer, but still no luck in resolving it. Would love an answer...can anyone help us???????!!!
